In case there is a problem with the item that you purchased : defect in the printing or wrong item, we kindly ask you to take the following steps:

  1. Take 1 or 2 pictures of the problem encountered with the item
  2. Include the pictures in attachment to an email
  3. Send this email to mentioning your Order Number

Our customer service will then review your request and as soon as the defect or mistake is confirmed, we will rapidly send you a replacement item (free shipping of course).

You have 30 days to let us know what the issue is and file a request.

Any cancellation request or refund request must come in through an email to our support
