In case there is a problem with the item that you purchased : defect in the printing or wrong item, we kindly ask you to take the following steps:
- Take 1 or 2 pictures of the problem encountered with the item
- Include the pictures in attachment to an email
- Send this email to email@example.com mentioning your Order Number
Our customer service will then review your request and as soon as the defect or mistake is confirmed, we will rapidly send you a replacement item (free shipping of course).
You have 30 days to let us know what the issue is and file a request.
Any cancellation request or refund request must come in through an email to our support firstname.lastname@example.org
