In case there is a problem with the item that you purchased : defect in the printing or wrong item, we kindly ask you to take the following steps:

  1. Take 1 or 2 pictures of the problem encountered with the item
  2. Include the pictures in attachment to an email
  3. Send this email to info@storeartistlove.com mentioning your Order Number

Our customer service will then review your request and as soon as the defect or mistake is confirmed, we will rapidly send you a replacement item (free shipping of course).

You have 30 days to let us know what the issue is and file a request.

Any cancellation request or refund request must come in through an email to our support info@storeartistlove.com

Be assured that we will do everything in our power to provide you with a very fast solution whatever the situation is.
